Give to the Black Community Fund
Since 1983, the Black Community Fund has provided support to organizations which seek to enhance socio-economic aspects of the African-American community in the Greater Kansas City area. The Black Community Fund became an affiliate of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation in 2007.
Individual gifts are vital to our work, and your contribution can make an important difference in the numbers reached and served annually. A gift to the Black Community Fund will support 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations focused on improvements in the areas of health care, education and youth development, including programs countering the effects of chronic, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), toxic stress and increasing resiliency in children living in such environments.
