The Bluford Healthcare Leadership Institute encourages scholars’ interest in healthcare professions through a robust curriculum, mentorships and internships, all intended to develop the scholars’ knowledge, understanding, and practice of key leadership traits required of leaders in the 21st century healthcare environment.
