The Emilie Rosebud Diabetes Research Foundation was established in 1998 with the sole mission of finding a cure for Type I diabetes.
Donations are contributed by individuals, foundations, companies and fund-raising events. All our contributions are used specifically to fund research by specific doctors and research organizations which are working on ground breaking research to cure diabetes.
The Directors of the Emilie Rosebud Diabetes Research Foundation are always looking for doctors and other experts in the field to locate the projects in need of funding to further their cutting edge research. We have partnered with many doctors and researchers across the country, with the assistance of the ADA, JDRF, Children's Mercy Hospital along with the research doctors at the University of Kansas Hospital's Diabetes Research Center. All of these organizations continue to make great strides down the path to a cure.
This foundation and its events have aided our mission to channel 100% of every dollar contributed directly to the doctors working on a cure for Type I diabetes.
